I sent the documents already when I opened an account last year, and then recently they were requesting again. Good luck doing your withdrawals after a series of requests of identification documents from them. Kinda scary that they've let me still put money in when they won't let me take it out. Sent about seven types of documents and my passport and still Not heard a thing nor seen my winnings. I've had good experiences with this site until the last week.
